I bought this for my mother and she likes it a lot. She has so much stuff in her current bag and this is a great organizer. The only little downfall she tells me is that is was too wide for her liking. It is not huge in my opinion but that is the reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5.

Item was defective. One zipper broke in days, another broke a day later. Bag is unusable. Contacted the seller and they didn't even bother to respond. You really don't want to buy this product, and definitely not from Jillian Leather.
