it greatly influenced me, that is how man should love woman, appreciate and adore her. The poet applyies here the principle of love. I advice to read it as you will get a great pleasure and understand love in its essence.

yes, love was much different in those times, Lascelles' love towards his wife was great, it was so beautiful, i think everyone should read it, especially men in order to refresh their feelings and to become more romantic. Love these poems. illustrations are really good as well. many thanks....
