I had an issue with the embossed foil stamping when I received the item (no fault of theirs...manufacturing defect), and immediately emailed the company for a resolve. By day's end; I was contacted, and within a few days later...I received a brand new passport holder. I have to say,the item is nice quality leather,and the Customer Service is unequivocally among the best I've experienced! I would do business with these people any time! Do yourself a favor and do the same!
