This company will just keep your money, maybe refund you eventually (I don't know, I'm waiting on a refund). Customer service is a joke as the owners have more time to send scathing, nasty emails to their customers full of excuses about their product than to actually make and send your brownies.

I had two gift certificates (groupons) for this vendor and used the first one for my husband's valentine's day gift. Their website asks you to call them with any special requests, so I called 3 times stating what date it had to be delivered and they never called back. Their computers shut down the day my order was supposed to be processed and I received an email from them stating my order would not be shipped on the date planned. I called again and no answer. I emailed and epxressed my anger and someone FINALLY contacted me via email and we discussed a new delivery date. I stated many times that it was being delivered to a business, so it had to get there by Friday or else it would sit all weekend and not be fresh. I was told no problem. Well, the delivery never came. I emailed again, completely enraged and they called me back at 4pm on Friday of valentine's day weekend to tell me there was nothing they could do and they assumed it would have gotten there on time. No one told me their deliveries were not guaranteed! They had no solution for me and offered nothing for the hassle. They finally agreed to send a new batch of brownies for no charge, but I had nothing to give for a present. Their brownies are mediocre, at best. I could make better ones at home.
Now, I tried to use my second groupon with them for a father's day gift and they have shut down their website and instructed all groupon users to email groupon customer service. I checked their webiste 2 days ago to make sure I would be able to order with them and their website stated they were still accepting groupon orders. According to groupon, Embrace Sweets has severed their relationship and I cannot use my groupon. The groupon was set to expire in a month. Why couldn't they honor them for one more month?! Once again, I am giftless and trying to scramble.
DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR. They have no customer service, are not equipped to handle large orders and do not follow through on promises. Save your money and a headache and go somewhere else.

Working full time doesn't give me a chance to shop at malls for gifts. This year, for my mother's birthday, I wanted part of her gift to be a gourmet food item. I found Embrace Sweets' 12-piece Brownie Bites Sampler available for only $12.95. The shipping fee was also reasonable, so I ordered one box of brownies for her directly from the company website. I found out later that this company also sells on Amazon.

I was impressed with the product, as my mother offered me one of the triple chocolate brownies when she received them. The gift arrived in time for her birthday, the product was fresh and delicious and the packaging was elegant. I would order from Embrace Sweets again.

My aunt from California had these brownies sent to me after I had surgery. It was an incredibly thoughtful surprise, especially since I have a sweet tooth. Twelve assorted brownies came in a fancy box, which made for a great presentation. The brownies were fresh when I received them. I also froze a few of them, according to the directions on their website ([...]).

My favorite flavor was the Triple Chocolate brownie, which had both milk and semi sweet pieces of chocolate embedded in it. A caramel pecan brownie was also in the box (this flavor is also good). All of the brownies had a smooth consistency and tasted fresh. I will be ordering Embrace Sweets brownies for other occasions.

I haven't ordered these from Amazon, but did order them from [...], and these are some of the best brownies I've tried. The sizes are perfect for sampling or having a sweet without going overboard, and they even freeze and thaw perfectly! I'll definitely buy again.
