Joseph Sica is a priest of the Diocese of Scranton for over twenty-five years. He is presently the assistant pastor at Immaculate Conception Parish in Scranton, PA and Chaplain to the Medical School. This book is your basic think positive and make changes in your life and attitude kind of book. Reiterates a lot of old ideas with a religious bend to it. Good if it's a first read in the world of positive thinking and self help.
