Book Description

August 15, 2006
Embracing the Spirit of the Armorbearer uniquely speaks to two distinct groups of people: (1) those who are or will be anointed to pour water on the hands of others; and (2) those on whose hands water is poured by those with the spirit of the armorbearer. This spirit must be first of all acknowledged; secondly, understood; and thirdly, embraced. As the Holy Spirit continues to amplify unity and team ministry in this new season, this spirit will prove to play a vital role in the building of God's Church!

About the Author

Perry Mallory is recognized as a young anointed man of God whom the Lord has fashioned to impact, impart and empower his generation especially those in the body of Christ. Because of a strong commitment and dedication to serving faithfully in the Ministry of Helps and serving as an armorbearer since 1989, Perry ministers with a strong teaching anointing and conviction, causing him to be effective in conveying God's Word with simplicity and clarity, infused with uncanny humor. As Founder and President of Armorbearing.com and The Ministry of Helps Institute, he is often used to train armorbearers, associate pastors, adjutants and laypersons how to succeed by serving.

5.0 out of 5 stars Best resource on armorbearing, December 20, 2006

This review is from: Embracing the Spirit of the Armorbearer (Paperback)
This is the best resource on becoming (or having) a spiritual "armorbearer" that I have found. Whether you serve as an adjutant, helper, or assistant to your leader, or if you are a leader and need insight in how to relate to those whom God has assigned to serve the vision of your ministry, this book is for you! Embracing the Spirit of the Armorbearer is uniquely designed and formatted so that half the book is written from the perspective of the one serving, while the other half is designed for those leaders who have armorbearers in their lives. Buy it and sow it into the lives of your leaders. Pastor Mallory has years of "back room" experience that gives rise to the saying "more is caught than is taught." His book is jam-packed with Word-based, spiritual impartation along with practical tools for every-day life application. You won't be disappointed. If you are a leader or if you are an armorbearer to a man or woman of God, you will find this book an invaluable resource for your life, and the lives of those who serve the vision of God alongside you.

This review is from: Embracing the Spirit of the Armorbearer (Paperback)
I've been learning so much and am thankful that this book is out there on how to serve. It's not about having a title and being recognized for it; but rather being called to serve by God. I will cherish this book and pass it on to others. I will apply the principles and teachings being learned as I finish reading this book. Thank you to the Author and God Bless!
