This is the best resource on becoming (or having) a spiritual "armorbearer" that I have found. Whether you serve as an adjutant, helper, or assistant to your leader, or if you are a leader and need insight in how to relate to those whom God has assigned to serve the vision of your ministry, this book is for you! Embracing the Spirit of the Armorbearer is uniquely designed and formatted so that half the book is written from the perspective of the one serving, while the other half is designed for those leaders who have armorbearers in their lives.
