About the Author

Dave Smeds, a Nebula Award finalist, is the author of the novels Piper In The Night, X-Men: Law of the Jungle, and the three volumes of The War of The Dragons, and The Wizard's Nemesis (forthcoming), but his heart and soul is in his short fiction, with over a hundred short story sales to his credit.
