I'm glad I bought it
on March 26, 2010
I have had my Imer inversion table five months and I am glad I bought it.
I was skeptical about these things in general, so I purchased almost the cheapest thing I could find. It was under 100 bucks online. I am still very pleased.
It assembled quickly. I like the rounded handles to ease yourself back up as opposed to short grips on others. I spend only 2 minutes about each morning and I feel results. Nice relief. I can feel my back stretch and pop. I have a clock on the table behind me so when I am up-side-down I can check on the time.
Some tips: Get the padded ankle things tight as you can. The tighter you get them the more comfortable when you invert. Also, RELAX. You will have a tendency to tense up, so remember to relax your back, breath deep and enjoy the ride. Oh, and don't forget to empty out your pockets.
Only con is, an this is probably true with any table, you are hanging by your ankles and shins and for my 52 year-old body they can be a little stressed after more than two minutes.
Three Years Later:
My Imer inversion table is still set up in my office and I still get on it about twice a week. It has not gone to a garage sale! I still don't spend much time on it when on; about a minute is all and then I am ready to get off, but it sure feels good. If I keep this up, as I get older I may not be all bent over like my 91 year-old dad is.
