The "foam" is the equivalent of kneeling on a hardwood floor. A piece of utterly useless junk!!!

Sorry but this was a waste of money. Just about as hard as a rock. Or my knee's are very sensitive. Plain foam rubber works better.

I use this product to kneel on while I'm giving my grandchildren a bath. I also use it if I'm kneeling on my tile floors. I use it more in the house then in the garden.
