We first used the short-term missions toolbox when planning a trip to Mexico last year. It proved to be an invaluable tool. It helped us organize finances, plan fundraisers, gather participant's medical info and a lot more. I recommend any leader that is planning a short term mission trip to invest in this time-saving tool.
