The minute I start feeling early symptoms of a cold, I start chugging this plus Echinecea supplements. Within a day or two, the symptoms are gone. If I'm already sick, I take this and the cold goes away faster. It tastes pretty good. You can make hot or cold drinks with it. I've only tried it cold and it's not grainy or gross at all. It's almost like a fruit flavored drink. I have friends who like to make it into a kind of tea and it works for them. So far, everyone I know who has tried this product has loved it.

I have tried 5 other flavors of EmergenC and this was the best one! If you like a red berry flavor to your water, this is perfect and better than the plain cranberry flavor! Also, I was sent the wrong item by the seller instead of this, so I wrote an email, and they got back to me very quickly and sent me this item in the mail without an extra cost to me!

I originally bought this just to boost my immune system before our Disney World trip. However, I am about to buy my second box and I do not plan on being without these ever again. I allow myself two a day unless I am feeling sick, then I take 3 a day.
