I've always gotten the other flavours - raspberry, tropical, tangerine, orange... nice when you need a pick-me-up - and always great to hand out to droopy friends (and strangers too) who may have sniffles, or are just tired, or sick, and just can't cope. What a nice way to say you care ~ "drink this!! you'll feel better!"

Sure i take multivits and a plethora of herbs and stuff, but this is something so good to carry around with you - i always said the vitamin C turns the electricity on in the body ~now i have been reading scientific stuff that that's true! - no wonder i feel better after one of these fizzies. You get the pzazz right away. Also good thing first thing in the morning, but really, good anytime.

Black Cherry~ oh YUM ~ this reminds me so much of my favorite pop i used to drink when a kid - cherry creme soda.. only this is nowhere as sweet.

Just plop in glass of water - let it fizz, drink. I drink more water after, to rinse out my glass and get everybit, plus i figure i need the extra water anyway (i tried it in juice but it just foamed out all over the counter.. okaaayyy..).

A colleague recommended the Emergen-C products to me as a way of staying healthy when working crazy hours. She is a college professor and said that the vitamin packets helped her get through the toughest part of her semester without getting sick.

The Heart Health combination looked like a good one for me because it provides a lot of basic supplements including some extra Vitamin C.

It works for me. I'm around kids all the time and it helps give me an edge on staying healthy and avoiding the 'tired feeling' that can creep up on you in the latter part of the work day.
