This is a great product for those who are lactose intolerant and have soy allergies (and do not care for the other alternative types of milk)

Packets of dried vitamin powder that you add to water, juice, whatever.
Product as described. Online price reasonably competitive with my local market price.

This fizzy drink is a good way to get a little calcium in the morning without upsetting a sensitive stomach. It doesn't taste as good as other Emergen-C products--the tangerine is yummy! Emergen-C Vitamin C Fizzy Drink Mix, 1000 mg, Tangerine, 0.3 Ounce Packets (Pack of 36) --but personally I find it a little tough to get the recommended 1200 mg. of calcium every day. One packet has 250 mg. calcium and small amounts of other minerals.

I take this for the calcium more than vitamin C. If you drink it cold with ice, it's yummy. I two packets a day and it's been great. If you need extra calcium in your diet, this is a great way to add it.

I don't care if this helps because it's all in my head. It has seemed to keep me healthy and that's all I want. I also don't take as many packets as recommended - usually I take one pack a day or one pack every couple days. The mixed berry flavor is good because it contains calcium and vitamin C (vitamin C helps the calcium to absorb in the body). The raspberry flavor tastes better but doesn't contain the same amount of calcium. I'm not a fan of some of the other flavors - e.g., ruby lemon honey and the "blue" kind.

I use Emergen-c and found it to be excellent. I have experience excelerated healing from the emergen-c. Anything you drink goes and be absorbed quickly. This product is the best I have used so far. I am never without it.

I just can not directly feel the energy after drinking it. I do not know how to guage its long-term benefit, I do not really want to.
However, if one is looking for an immediate feeling of "surge of energy", there are much more suitable products out there.
