I personally don't like the taste or consistancy of this product. It reminds me of a fiber drink. It's not something you would drink for the sheer pleasure of it, but my husband absolutely could not live without Emergen-C. He drinks at least a packet a day, and I must admit...he hasn't had a cold and didn't get a flu shot...even in the winter season. He literally freaks out if we run out, so I've even subscribed, so he'll never be without it.

I started taking this years ago when a workout partner recommended it to me at the gym. He said he hasn't had a cold or felt run down, since using it. It was great for me because I work in an emergency room and I am around sick people all day long. While all my coworkers were coming down with colds and flu, I stayed healthy! I recommended it to everyone and they haven't looked back. It's also great for an energy boost or as a replenishment after a hard workout. I like the orange flavor and tangerine, the best. They used to have cola flavor, which wasn't bad, but I see the have stopped making it.

I take this with ionic fizz for health...and I dont get sick or have the flu anymore...amazing and powerful. I drink it every night with dinner

I am an avid fan of Emergen-C. I do my best to get in 2 a day. I started taking them when I was on a new diet. I was going to a clinic and the nurses recommended them to ensure that I got all of my daily vitamins. Your body absorbs vitamins much more this way rather than taking the huge horse pills. The clinic also recommend them to help curb headaches. I was giving up my beloved 'Diet Coke' and this was the only thing that made it possible. Plus the B vitamins really boost your metabolism.
These are also great when you feel a cold coming on. They really help to boost your immune system. I never leave home without Emergen-C!

I've liked all of the flavors I have tried so far. I love mixing them with Crystal light or something similar. With the Orange, my favorite thing to mix it with is Orange Juice in the morning. It is a great way to start your day. It really perks you up! also mix this with the Lemonade Crystal Light and made it Orange Lemonade. It's delicious.

I drink at least one, sometimes two of these a day. Not sure if they help or not, but I like the taste and I feel better shortly after taking them. I also notice that whenever I'm around sick people, it's harder for me to get sick.

this stuff is great. my dad is a bit of health nut, so i suggested that he should try and the box was gone within a week. they taste great and I find them very effective when I'm feeling sick (or coming down with something). Only drawback is that it's a little pricy here.

My cousin has eczema and had been using hydrocortisone steroid cream for years. When she moved to Florida, I wanted to help her feel better so we searched for supplements to treat eczema from the inside out. We tried Flaxseed oil pills internally and externally... both helped but what made a noticeable difference was taking Emergen-C (joint health). She takes it twice a day, one in the morning and one before bed. It reduces the itchiness and therefore she has less lesions on her arms and legs. Another thing she has done is stay away from peanut butter, peanuts, excessive dairy products, chocolate. I've used Emergen-C myself for my seasonal allergies and its helped also. :)

I really like this flavor. To me, it almost tastes like regular orange juice, just a bit watered down. I love the high levels of vitamin C and I always take this while sick. Ive even found when I'm just feeling run down or tired this gives me a boost. When I'm in need of iron, I take this with my iron because it helps me absorb the iron. I feel like I have more color in my face when I'm taking emergen-c regularly.

I probably should drink these daily since it is good for you and they seem to give me more energy throughout the day because of the B vitamins. My primary use is the morning after a night out. It makes me feel 100x times better when hung over. Not a cure by any means but wow does it help.

Super Orange is my favorite flavor as it kind of tastes like Tang (if you like that taste)

I have been taking this for years. I often use one of these in water instead of grabbing a soda. It is a pretty good product. I don't notice any super energy boost or anything. But, the ingredients show the levels of vitamins in it.
