I really love Sophia's voice. It's so beautiful, clear and spiritual. I have all of her Cd's, & even though I do love most of it, it kind of reminds me of more of a folksong type of music style. I thought of Peter, Paul & Mary for only a FEW songs, this style, of alot of the music. It's all Sophia's voice, I'm talking style. There were enough songs that are so enchantingly Sophia that it would be worth having this, just to hear her sing them. Her voice is so soothing, I love to play it when I go to sleep. I think this one, I'll have to do a remake & take a few of them out. I think of Sophia as mystical, a songstress that I can feel her passion & love the song, even when I didn't know the words. This one, a FEW of it isn't quite like that. It's more typical of other people's CD's, but for the one's that I love, it's worth having it anyway, it just isn't my favorite Sophia CD. I feel guilty saying anything negative, but it's really not, if you like more of the storytelling music. To relax, meditate, or sleep, I need less of a storytelling-at least in English . I love to hear her spiritual chants, and the odd thing is, that I don't normally like 'chant' music. My 'new' mantra when my fibro is flaring, is to listen to the first song on this CD, 'Gentle with myself'. I really love Sophia!

I've been listening to this and each time I get new insights into myself and into how I can make a difference. It is a great tool for awakening and assisting in the movement planetarily into the next cycle of creation.
Great rhythms and lyrics for dancing and movement, drum circles, etc.
Thanks for the gift to life!
