Want to be a certified EMT-Basic? This is the book you will have to eat through.
The chapters are very long and WORDY. Important information is scattered between needless sentences such that, yes, you will have to read everything. The text in this book could very easily be condensed to a quarter of it's current size. There is more information in a paragraph from my pChem text book than from two pages of this. Also, the protocols could be better organized.
