I am an emt currently in paramedic school; I bought this pocket guide and it has been a real help. I have the same app on my phone, but sometimes you dont have the chance to use your phone....Five stars, has all the information I need in a concise, abbreviated manner very good tool.

This book is amazing!!!
I have had many, many field guide books as an EMT!
This one is by far my favorite!
It is so useful in the time of need when in the field!!!
This book is packed with so much information: algorithms, medications/drugs, Spanish dictionary, medical emergencies, lab values, PEDIATRIC info, and much, much more!!!
WONDERFUL PRODUCT for new and old EMTS!!!!
(Remember, the day you stop learning is the day you need to retire!!!)

I love this little book. Lots of information and easily fits into one of my scrub pockets. I would recommend this product for most healthcare providers.

I'm an ER nurse and I use about a third of the information in here, but the information I do use makes it worth carrying daily. I especially love the emergency medication section. Dosages, contraindications & important side effects are included for each drug. Drips have a handy chart that shows mL/hr based on patient's weight and the drip amount. The charts are fabulous as an additional check, especially when I'm working with new doctors I don't trust yet.
