I have to admit, I was skeptical about this game. The graphics are good, in spots, VERY good in others, but not great. I've had a few unexplained crashes of the game, but it's on a PC, so they do bad things at the worst moments. I like the units and their capibilities, but I have only one major bone to pick with the game. The user can't call for additional resources and units. This is the only major flaw in the game.
I've Played the "Emergency: Fight/Ultimate Fight for life" series and "Emergency Fire Response" beats that one hands down. Controls are concice and fast moving. The units have the ability to show limited initiative. And can withdraw then they are in trouble. They give you warnings of trouble and make it easy to get to those units when they call. Fight for life could learn tons from what this game has. I enjoted it greatly, and believe most into RTS genre will too. But be warned, resources are limited and scenarios tough, so plan well and pay attention. TFC

I am proud to say that I serve my community here in Niagara County in Western New York as a Firefighter and an EMT. I always kind of wondered, however, on MCIs (Mulitple Casuality Incidents) how hard it is for the command officer to take charge and get things done. I did not know what it would be like. I guess this showed me!
