Product Description
This Emergency Help Dialer is easy to program and lets you call for help when you cannot dial the phone yourself. When you are in need of help, gently, but firmly push the two red panic buttons on the wireless EHD pendant. Using your existing telephone line, the console when activated will receive the signal and dial up to five pre-set phone numbers and play the message you have recorded. If a call is not answered, the console will sequentially move on to dialing the next number until all five numbers have been dialed. In the unlikely event that none of the numbers called have answered, the console will repeat this sequence again. When a call is answered the receiver will hear your pre-recorded voice message requesting immediate assistance. The console is programmed to recognize that a live person is answering the call. 90-day manufacturer's limited warranty. Complete kit contains: one main dialing console, one wireless waterproof pendant, an AC/DC adapter, a modular line cord, one rechargeable 9-volt battery, one plastic pendant neck cord and a hook and loop wrist band for your choice in how to wear the pendant. A fully-detailed, easy-to-read owner's manual is also included.

No problems setting it up. It's range leaves something to be desired. If the signal has to go through 2 or 3 walls, operation gets iffy. Thickly padded furniture affect it too. it also got "confused" when actually used and wouldn't hang up. Had to be shut off (Rebooted)and reprogrammed. Bottom line is it works, but...........

This device is amazing and you don't have to pay monthly fees. The programming of the device is a little awkward but the device has been rock solid for us so far.
