4.0 out of 5 stars Great Tool for a ER rotation, March 10, 2006
This review is from: Emergency Medicine Manual (Paperback)
So far, the Emergency Medicine Manual has been a great asset to have while doing my ER rotation. It fits conveniently into my coat pocket and after seeing a patient, I can quickly read up on whatever I suspect is main diagnosis, and therefore appear smart when I am being pimped by a resident or an attending. I would recommend it to anyone considering doing ER.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great Reference, July 22, 2010
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Emergency Medicine Manual (Paperback)
I am a Emergency Room Physician Assistant and I find that I use this book almost every day for reference. It has been well worth the money.Altho it is one of the less expensive texts I have run across. It is small and easy to carry around.Make sure to put your name on it or it will definitely grow legs and be adopted by someone else.

3.0 out of 5 stars Handy book, March 21, 2006
By
This review is from: Emergency Medicine Manual (Paperback)
I purchased this book to back me up in my clinical year instead of carrying the big and great Tintinalli's "Emergency Med." I think this little version does a good job in giving a concise information on emergency medicine.
