When I discovered Horowitz's book I had just finished a chapter of my own book, entitled The Sanctity of Human Blood (amazon). Now I must go back and rewrite that chapter, in light of the immense body of research Horowitz has brought forth.

Emerging Viruses is a pivotal work, a landmark book. It is certainly not for the average reader, because of the technical nature of many of the medical concepts and also simply because of the overwhelming amount of information it ties together in order to support its premises. Works this meticulously researched can hardly be challenged, except by dimwits who would do so on an emotional or political level. Most likely those who do challenge Horowitz have not managed to actually read the book.

This is not some wacky conspiracy theory Dr. Strangelove whim. Horowitz has thoroughly demonstrated the plausibility and likelihood that -AIDS virus was deliberately manmade - it was deployed into populations in Zaire, New York and San Francisco - it was a longterm biological weapons project that got a little out of control - but it's OK, because the players are still in control: AIDS will bring billions in research, worthless drugs and vaccines, and political leverage.

The dynamics of vaccine development are brilliantly illuminated - the international pharmaceutical industry, the governments of the US, Germany, and England, the arms dealers, and the international banking institutions. This is the milieu in which the current vaccination program at large today in the US must be evaluated. Health, immunity, disease control, infant mortality -- these issue are secondary to the economic and political forces in play. What a shock - corruption at city hall. But this book goes beyond what even the most jaded of us have been able to put together. The entire concept of vaccines as a treatment for any disease should now be re-thought in the light of Horowitz's stunning work.

The United States government has devoted much time, energy, and money to develop ever more dangerous and destructive biological weapons. Dr. Horowitz's book is convincing. He has researched all that is available to the general public concerning the origins of AIDS and Ebola. The ring of truth reverberates throughout this book. Those of us who "know" how this government works, also know that Dr. Horowitz has hit the gold vein. Many people prefer to keep their heads in the sand. If, however, you are interested in learning the truth beyond the governmental press release, then this is your cup of tea. If you prefer to remain ignorant, avoid this book at all costs! Dr. Horowitz doesn't pull any punches. He names those who are involved, including Dr. Gallo.

Interestingly, the bad reviewers of this book have only convinced me of its accuracy. None of their criticisms strike me as being sound. A few of them criticize the book for scaring people, to which I would say that I only wish back in 1932, during my lifetime, someone would have, in a similar fashion, scared people about the Tuskegee Experiment. I also wish back in the 1700s someone would have scared the native americans before the British deliberately distributed smallpox infected blankets to them, killing off half of the tribes!

As to the argument that man did not know how to create the ebola virus in the 50s, the critics are not appropriately answering the scenarios raised by Dr. Horowitz. Specifically, Dr, Horowitz spends a great deal of time discussing the possiblities of:

1) Careless "professionals" allowing contamination from existing virus samples.

2) An existing virus, from one host, from which another host becomes infected, with the result being that the virus mutates in the new host to a variation of the original virus, a mutated virus for which not only can we not create, we also don't have a cure for (as in the case of AIDS).

3) A criminally misguided government official, someone such as, say, a Henry Kissinger who we know touted the the benefits of population control, who might have sent signals to outfits such as the CIA whose job it is to be paranoid to the extreme and who could obtain funding for top secret virus research for which the "experts" writing reviews here would know none of the details of what man was, or was not, capable of creating in a lab.

This is a must read for any sane person who recognizes the foolishness of sticking your head in the sand to avoid seeing the lion charging at your butt.

Dr. Horowitz has exhaustively reviewed the records, and I have verified independantly a dozen of his hundreds of facts stated.

This book is a must read TODAY, for anyone traveling, meeting lots of people for the first time, or going to the African continent. For the first time, the myth of the Green Monkey bite source for the rapid spread of AIDS disease, which under close scrutiny, it appears was specifically designed by agents of our Government, with the votes and appropriations of tax-payers money by Ex-Congressman Sikes, a southern democrat, who found ways to use his Committee position to financially help himself in his 1st Florida Congressional district. Though the fast spending and hawkish Mr. Sikes, is gone, the Tax-payers money he voted to spend back in the 1970's for research to develope a disease for which there was NO cure, is still taking, if you can bring yourself to believe and accept the documented track record and facts in Dr. Horowitz's book, still claiming American and African lives.

It was originally intended as a biological weapon against the Soviet's who were suspected of developing the same type of biological weapon. Or was there a more sinister motive?

If Hitlers extermination camps are empty and vacant, perhaps those carrying out the Human Death sentence are still among us and perhaps no vaccination serum can be trusted, today. Certainly, millions of Africans who were vaccinated by W.H.O. for other diseases in the 1970's and 1980's, are dying today from AIDS on a scale hard for the western mind to comprehend. How often many of us go to a friendly local doctor to get a vaccinations for us or our children. Do we ask, "Dr. can you personally affirm that you have checked all the microbes and know this serum is safe?" Of course not. If W.H.O. did infect millions of Africans, then a crime worse than Nazi Germany was done in the 1970's and 1980's and perhaps is still being carried out in another arena.

If you care your health and love your children, you need to consider the mountain of evidence Dr. Horowitz has amassed, and remember governments create "crisis" in order to persuade unwitting citizens to surrender more of their liberty. Remember, more humans have been systematically murdered by governments, than all the serial and other individual criminal murderers. A fact, that Governments around the world would like us all to forget.

If you read only one book this year, make it this one. All that is necessary for evil to succeed, is for good men to do nothing.

A reading of "Emerging Viruses" will make clear the threat we all face from a government with absolute power! It also gives good reason to all the Military personnel who are now giving up long and successful careers,and/or risking Court Martial to stay in control of their own health by refusing the Antrax vaccine, as well as to the parents who are resisting the Hepatits B vaccine for their children. You will also be surprised at what Horowitz's research shows about the cancer epidemic we now have. While some may try to say "this is paranoia", Dr. Horowitz shows the "facts" as documented by the Creators of these deadly weapons! His research is thorough and he tackles the tough questions head on. This book is non-fiction and more freightening than fiction. A little paranoia may well be in order!

Horowitz, D.M.D. Horowitz is a dentist who got drawn into AIDS research when investigating the Acer/Bergalis AIDS contamination case several years ago. His conclusion: Dr. Acer intentionally infected his dental patients because he felt that the U.S. government had maliciously created HIV. Like a determined blood hound, Horowitz kept after this story, nailing down every lead, every paper, every person. He interviewed, he delved into cartons of old files, he compared medical research articles, he looked at corporate/government collusions. The result- -combining Horowitz's story of the research with the research itself--is well worth the price. A key piece of evidence is a 1970 government document budgeting money for a biological weapon for which there is no known cure nor natural immunity. HIV, according to Horowitz, was probably spread with the early Hepatitis B vaccine trials in the gay community in the late '70s. Population control, CIA biological warfare tests on the general public, widespread contamination of polio and other vaccines, and Nazi influence in public policy are just a few of the topics Horowitz weaves together to illustrate this wedding of bad intentions and medical technology. Now that I've read this shocking book, I wonder: Now what? Will this groundbreaking, gutsy book make a difference?

This book will shock you and make you research more about the consequences of biologicals manufactured and unleashed. The author has gathered a lot of material and evidence indicating that "AIDS" and Gulf War Syndrome have been deliberately unleashed, with "AIDS" appearing first and introduced into select communtities of White educated young gay men, beginning in New York and New Jersey in 1978, supported by documentations presented by Dr. Alan Cantwell Jr., MD, ally of Dr. Horowitz. You can do further research by reading Dr. Cantwell's books, 'Aids And the Doctors of Death' and 'Queer Blood'. Dr. Horowitz does not mince words when he points to the direction of our very own military "adventures" which have sought to develop biologicals which would be refractory to the human auto-immune system, eg., "AIDS"$$, or as Dr. Eva Sneed puts it, 'Some Call It AIDS, I call It Murder', see book! Well, if this review is not censored, then consider yourself lucky to have this vital info regarding the "NEW ORDER" and its most hidden objectives, which is Malthusian in scope, to drastically and severely reduce human populations on planet Earth. You donot hve to wait to hear any of this seemingly "outlandish" stuff on the Art Bell show, just BUY THIS BOOK right now, and order several for your friends, too, and they won't ever think of being complacent in light of Horowitz's incredible book! Isn't this what "glasnost" should be about in this Democratic Republic, and getting truth revealed......eventually!

Could not put this book down. It let's you in on all the things that you were not supposed to know. If this topic is of interest to you it is a must for your library. You will not put it done. It is a quick read.

I was so lucky to get a copy of Emerging Viruses in August 1996 at a time when I was investigating the real origin of HIV viruses. After reading previous books by other authors, I still had major doubts about the possibility of man-made viruses and the implications of their intentional spreading through vaccines in the USA and Africa but this book definitely brought me the facts, the names, the motives,the references and articles, in brief, the evidence for this most tragic and satanic case. Moreover, this book was for me a jewel to discover much more about many other State and World crimes and the who ? how ? why ? Its reading really was a tremendous trigger to understand the world we live in. Since August 1996, I have bought about 1500 other books, about 200 in English and over 1000 in French, either difficult to find (in France ! ), Christian books or ancient books of the 19th century about History, esoterism, especially the history of a web of secret societies leading the world since the French Revolution (and before...). I had the opportunity to talk with Leonard Horowitz and to translate his conference on the subject of Emerging Viruses into French when he came to Paris.The book has now been available in French since January 1999 and is also being spread in France; when I had the opportunity to recommend it in a meeting in Paris near a bookstore which had twelve copies, more than 20 people bought it or ordered it : everything was sold in a matter of minutes. I am most thankful to the author for he made me understand why such a crime against humanity (aids) had happened, which has transformed me by the Grace of the Lord from an atheist to an evangelical Christian. I strongly recommend this book to anyone in search of Truth. You will never see aids and its 15 million dead people the same way again. Reading Emerging Viruses was for me like an initiation to pass through the fake world looking-glass in order to discover the reality of past, present and future.This book is just a wonderful lamp, beside the Holy Bible in our chaotic world and its implications could bring you dozens of precious friends around the globe and even save your life. Watch out for the next flu pandemic from Hong-Kong or Beijing or the next Ebola outbreak and think twice - and read Emerging Viruses again ! - before getting any government immunization shot for very powerful wicked men think six billion people are too many for the planet and it looks as though they are ready to kill more millions of them whatever their race, country, social standing or faith !...

Sometimes the truth is hard to digest, but in this book there was too much compelling evidence that I couldn't argue with. Several incidences concerning immunizations were plaguing me for awhile and it finally made sense as to why they were happening. Let's face facts -- we live in a world where people with power abuse the system. You don't have an exuse anymore for not knowing about it.
