This review is from: Emeril Professional Wood 3-Piece Salad Set (Kitchen)
I got this for my mother-in-law and the first time she used it (which was a few months later) salad dressing started dripping out the side...There was a split in the wood :( I was so dissapointed and a little embarrased. Not sure if it came this way or if the south's humidity caused it...it was stored on top of her cabinets and she has skylights in her kitchen. Inspect it well before you put it away for a while!!!
