I you like mild to medium smooth coffee, this variety will be fabulous for you, depending on which water setting you use: short = medium strength, medium = weak strength, and tall = dishwater. I like really intense coffee flavor which is hard to get from a Keurig as we all know by now, so this is really not for me. I usually get the extra bold BAM version of this coffee and use the medium setting to get a fairly decent strength, but I tried this on sale. It makes a nice, smooth cup of medium strength coffee if you use the smallest setting. It's not watery like some of the varieties are, but don't let the word "bold" fool you. I run it through on the short setting, so I need 2 Kcups to make one cup of medium coffee. I won't buy it again simply because I prefer the taste of a 4 shot espresso every morning. Unfortunately, I only have time for that on the weekends, so I try to make do with my Keurig. Tall order there indeed. Enjoy! :o)

I really like Big Easy Bold, so I decided to try French Quarter Roast. I found it to have much less flavor. Don't bother if you are looking for something as bold as the original, or other extra bold choices from other roasters.

I bought this because I like the Big Easy Bold and wanted to try this variety. It is OK, but if you like strong bold coffee, you will likely prefer the Big Easy Bold as I do.

Not bad. Not amazing, but pretty decent. I might get it again. Comes out medium dark and slightly bitter. If that's the way you like it, it's perfect.

This is a nice hearty full bodied coffee that doesn't disappoint if you like your coffee on the strong side. Mucho bueno!!!

Everything one would expect from Emeril. His love of the French Quarter shows in the flavour of this coffee.

Emeril's Organic French Quarter Roast K-Cups is great coffee! Put some cream in there and you'll wish you had a beignet to go with Emeril's version of cafe au lait. What a delicious cup of coffee - takes you right to New Orleans!

emeril coffe has just the right amount of flavor, however, very little caffine. I think I want to try another type next time with more caffine. any recommendations?

Since I got my Keurig Brewer I've been going through sample boxes of lots of different K-Cups to determine which will be my "go-to" brew. I tried Emeril's French Quarter Roast this morning. I usually prepare my coffee using the smallest amount of water because I prefer a strong brew, so I was thinking that the "bold, dark" roast might result in too harsh a cup of coffee for me. I was surprised to find that it tasted neither bold nor dark to me. It's definitely a drinkable cup of coffee, but I'd describe it as light, mild and unassuming.

I was very pleased to see an organic K-cup coffee. I decided to go for Emeril's brand because of his fabulous reputation. I made the right choice. At first I thought maybe the French roast would be too strong, but it really is quite bold and good, mellow with no bitter after taste. Even though I use half and half in my coffee, Emeril's French Roast would not be hard to take drinking it black. I like a rich good tasting coffee without a strong bitter taste, which some French roast coffees can leave you with. I will order Emeril's organic French Quarter Roast again.
