A perfect all-purpose baking pan!,

I bought this to replace several of my all-purpose baking sheets/pans that had warped or the coating had come off. I was very impressed when I got this Emerilware pan! I'll highlight some of the features, but before I do I must list the only problem I have. For those of you like me who want the "Emeril" signature on your Emerilware stuff, this one did not have it. I'm not sure if it was just a defect on mine, but it is not that big of a deal for me. Yes, I wanted it, but I'm not going to complain about something so petty on an otherwise perfect piece of bakeware.Okay, the features are... *Very durable diamond surface is stick resistant and holds up to metal utensils. This surface is also very stylish, a feature important to those who care what their cookware looks like. This thick, heavy-guage aluminum also maximizes airflow and withstands warping! *The extra-wide easy grip handles make for safer and easier handling. Like I said, this pan is perfect for your all-purpose baking needs! There are a few precautions, so I'll list them since I didn't see them before I bought mine. *Not dishwasher safe, as with most fine cookware. *Do not use aerosol sprays (may cause sticky build-up) |
