We have the larger version of this pan so it led us to this baby version. For 3 years I searched for cookware NOT made in China to no avail. Found and bought some manufactured in Italy that are OK but nothing special. Wife came home with the BIG version of this pan and I was stunned at the quality when cooking. It doesn't burn ANYTHING. NOTHING sticks either. I can cook completely even at lower temps. I can have my bacon or steak on one side, throw in hash-browns to the other side, when everything is about done, toss in some eggs and NO stick (this with the larger pan)! Everything cooks perfect, one wipe with a sponge and it is clean.

I have no idea if this pan is safe or not being from China, but I will die HAPPY and well fed if it doesn't go well! This is such a great set of pans after all the cheap garbage I have had to replace every few months and that never worked that well anyway. It also has a handle that stays ICE COLD so you will not get burned. Looks like I'm gonna get fat again....

I purchased these items online and was delighted with them when they arrived. The are even better than expected, good sizes, good quality, not too light or too heavy, wonderful to cook in and clean. They can go in the oven up to 450 degrees and cook smoothly on the glass top stove as well. The products were delivered ontime and I received them just as pictured. I will definately be back to expand my set but for now this is the perfect set and fills my needs.

We were looking for a wide flat saute pan which we would use frequently but didn't want to pay the highest of the high prices. This one is easy to handle, has the transparent lid which is helpful and looks like it will be a workhorse pan.

I received the Emeril Non-stick Fry Pan as a gift. It became very sticky on my second month of usage. Emeril refused to replace it and said that it was overheated. On the instruction, Emeril states that you can use low to medium high heat and high heat only for boiling or reducing liquid which is exactly what I did on a normal cooktop. I am very disappointed at Emeril's misled instructions and so called lifetime warranty and hope that other consumers will not be trapped.

I bought this pan because for some odd reason, it seems next to impossible to find a large frying pan with a lid. This one has much higher sides than a normal frying pan, but works just the same. The higher sides cut down on spills while you cook, which makes me really happy.

The nonstick finish is great. The handle is great, and again, I LOVE the glass lid. The size is fantastic, tons of room and easy to stir saucy foods without it splashing up over the sides.

The only potential drawback that I can think of is the weight of the pan itself. It may just be a personal preference, but I like a nice heavy pan. This one was suprisingly light. Does not seem to affect performance in any way. All in all, I am really happy I ordered this pan!

The pan is excellent. I have owned circulon for over 15 years and this is the first emeril pan. Very impressed! I only gave it 4 stars due to the fact that the lid handle gets very hot and you have to use a pot holder to remove it.

This cookware is wonderful. It's nonstick and so easy to clean. It is a very large pan for those times when you need a bigger cooking area. We use it frequently.

I was looking for a saute pan with a large non-stick surface area for a reasonable price. This is it. It is not extremely heavy duty and therefore not so heavy you can't lift it with one hand, but it is still high quality.
