Great spoon for the kitchen,

My wife and I were in need of a good non stick spoon for the kitchen. We had previously been using a wooden spoon that was more geared towards stirring than it was spooning and after 8 years of living this way I decided to take action.I don't know much about Emeril other than he has a tv show and that people seem to get really excited when he puts garlic in the food. I mean that the audience gets awkwardly excited, it's only garlic, but i digress. The spoon is great, it is solid, it does not bend when i pick things up with it. I have used it to scramble eggs and it does a great job because it is so sturdy. Overall, I am very satisfied with this spoon and I plan on getting other utensils from him, hopefully sooner than 8 years. oliver |
