Having gone through MANY kitchen utensils bought at the local department stores, this one is WELL WORTH the extra investment!

I just love it,

I just love the different kitchen utensils that I now own from this line. The handles are just great, easy to hold, and they seem to work great for any size hand. My husband, and even my 9 year old daughter has used these with ease. When using with non stick cookware, there has been no problem at all with any scratching. Emeril, you out did your self on these.. Great value!! I highly recommend...

No matter whatI am making, if it be my candied yams. Or a haerty stew, I have yet to find any thing that I or someonein the family makes that will not come right off from the spoon.

Always Off Balance,

No matter how I try to set this spoon in a dish or a pot it is off balance and ends up falling out. I am sick of it, it is going in the trash!

Why add metal to this spoon?,

The metal plate on this spoon is purely decorative and heats up if you prop the spoon for a time on the side of the pan. It's a silly addition to an already clunky handle -- impossible to store this spoon in a countertop utensil holder.
