The only reason I've given this pan 4 stars instead of 5 is that it is on the heavy side, not uncommon for high quality pans and not so much that you should not buy it, but it is a consideration if that sort of thing gets to you. In terms of performance, Emerilware pans are tops. After buying our first one, I tossed a half dozen lesser pans and bought more Emerilware. Made by All Clad so you know the quality is there, the nonstick surface is astonishingly good and, so far, very tough. The pans also have a flared lip which makes pouring easy, and since the food just slides out, this is an extra bonus. If you want to start small, try the 8 inch fry pan which is often on sale. You will be back for more.

This is the smallest Emerilware nonstick Saucepan. As with the other sizes, this piece is well made and cleans easily. I wish it had taller sides and was not as wide. Other than that, no problems.

Then, look no further than Emerilware. You'll have all the benefits of All-Clad at half the price. The non-stick surface is so superior...my dog hardly has much to lick off of the pan!

Easy to clean. Fast to heat-up. No hot spots. These are real finds.
