I am very satisfied with the carving knife and bamboo cutting board set and would highly recommend it. This is the first time I have bought a Wustof carving knife and it is far more efficient and sharper than carving knives I have bought in the past. It is a pleasure to carve with it. Don't be misled by the Wusthof name.
I was disappointed in the quality of the knife -- thin, flexible blade. And the board is so small that it really is useless to me. There are much better knives at this price point ... including OXO, Victronox and Anolon. Don't let the Wusthof name fool you. Don't let the Emeril name fool you either. I gave it three stars because the price was right -- $14. Look...

Even at $20, this is pretty cheesy. Board is nice, but oddly long and narrow. The knife is junk, which is a little surprising; I've found "emerilware" to be decent quality in the past (low-end, but decent). Definitely a miss.

the board is a little small, but fine for my needs. The knife is terrific! - sharp, easy to use and elegant.
