I wanted "Hoedown" & the guitar score of "The Sage" but not included... This score shows the piano parts for both hands and the guitar chord diagrams for each songs. Some ad-lib parts are omitted. They're just shown as "Instrumental solo-repeat ad-lib."

This book is good, but as many have already stated, the more intricate pieces (the beef) that are a staple of ELP are missing and wanted. Basic supply and demand. A demand for the product (ELP Complete) obviously exists, so a supply would be appreciated.

Wonderful collection & the only music in print from this great band! The music was drawn from the old Warner Brothers books along with some new transcriptions focusing on the hits & Greg Lake's contribution. How about a second volume, Music Sales? Still out of print but previously available was the entire Tarkus album, Pirates, and many other songs. Plus, how about a transcription of Karn Evil 9 or the entire Brain Salad Surgery album, certianly their best work?

IT IS AGREED THAT THE SONGS IN THIS BOOK ARE GOOD - ALTHOUGH SOMEWHAT MORE REFLECTIVE AND QUIETER THAN THE ELP SONGS THE GROUP IS MORE KNOWN FOR. WHERE IS TOCCATA, KARN EVIL 9 IST AND 3RD PARTS, RONDO, AMERICA AND OTHER OF THEIR FASTER, BRAZEN AND MORE INTRICATE PIECES?? WHERE CAN I GET A BOOK WITH THESE PIECES IN??

There are still millions of loyal ELP fans all over the world. I think the recent Piano Concerto adaptation for 2 pianos was a remarkable success. But this is not enough. We need more. What about Karn Evil 9 2nd impression, Creole Dance, or the piano improvisation during the Brain Salad Surger tour?

I have to agree with Jun. We need the serious COMPLETE transciption!

Well, this book certainly contains many ELP's hit songs, but I want other major songs such as Hoedown, Fugue, Karn Evil 9 (2st Impression), etc. Hopefully another book will be released as soon as possible. :)

A good selection of hits - the music is moderately difficult, and in several different keys -
but, seems accurately transcribed, as it sounds just like the vocals.
