Emile de Antonio, America's most influential political documentary filmmaker (Point of Order, In the Year of the Pig, Millhouse: A White Comedy, and more) visited University at Buffalo in 1988 to take part in a two-day symposium on representation and truth. While there, he met with a small group of students, teachers and journalists. He talked at length about his work and career. He continued that conversation the next day. This book is comprised of edited transcripts of what he said.
