The bowls are great for pasta, salad, or stew. These are bowls I will have for a very long time, and they go with everything.

I had wanted to find a large bowl for salad and soups. I decided on this based on price as well as looks. The bowls feel heavy and well made. They look nicer than the pictures can show. I only bought the set of 2, but I will be buying more. They could be a bit cheaper, but... can't everything?

As always, received these bowls in quick time and in A-1 condition. I like the look of these bowls very much. The size is just right for just about any purpose and the quality is first rate.I would rate these 5 stars except for one flaw. These bowls are totally weight biased to the bottom. If you don't have an auto dishwasher and I don't, it is very difficult to wash these bowls manually. When your hands are soapy it is almost impossible to maneuver these bowls so that they can be washed inside and out and then rinsed. If you have an auto washer I don't believe you will have any dissatisfaction with these bowls at all. |
