It performs as promised: you can take it from the freezer and put it directly into a preheated oven without harming the dish. Plus, it is beautiful to look at, and my pie edges have never been prettier.

This is a very beautiful, quality pie pan. But it's sooooo big. Made a pumpkin pie using the usual can of filling, but it only filled half the pan. It also took much longer an usual to bake I really don't know why. I'll try other pies, like Apple and see it I have better results.

Emile Henry is the answer to every pie maker's prayer. As durable and beautiful as advertised!

The Amazon price for this item is superb compared to other retailers. Beautiful construction and design, deep dish capacity is more than ample, easy clean up, even baking. Quite perfect!

This dish is wonderful! It's gorgeous & bakes evenly. If I had room in my kitchen, I'd get one of every color. Very happy with the dish & the great results I get.

I received this the other day, and while I haven't yet baked in it (hope to do this soon), I have to say that this is one very beautiful piece of stoneware. It will look gorgeous on the table, and I look forward to many years of use baking not only pies but quiches and tarts. A gorgeous addition to my cookware collection!

I absolutely love my Emile Henry pie dish; I use it for just about anything. The pie dish is easy to clean and very durable. I recommend the Emile Henry products to everybody, well worth the cost!

I got this as a gift for my mom. She loves it! It is beautifully crafted and seems to be good and durable in quality. It makes some of the best baked goods too!

Though certainly not the cheapest pie dish, it performs perfectly in that it transfers heat evenly in the oven, cleans easily, and looks fantastic in presenting a pie for a dinner party. Truly a special piece for the kitchen.
