I think I can give an honest rating of this product. I love the color, but have been disappointed in several areas. Coffee mugs -- size is great, especially for coffee in the morning; handles are just the right size to get a good grip; however, I have had to replace 4 mugs because these same handles 'fell off.' This is not inexpensive to do, either!!! I had tried to glue them back on using super glue, but this just doesn't hold up. Be careful! Dinnerware did not hold up to silver ware -- scratches very easily, especially if you cut food on your plate, even with just a plain butter knife. All in all, I would NOT recommend this dinnerware for everyday use. Quality did not justify the cost -- I purchased service for 8!!!

These are the most beautiful and durable dishes. The color is that of ripe red peppers. The finish has a slight texture so knife marks and scratches do not show. Also, no spots from the dishwasher. And the quality is extraordinary. They are heavy and not easily damaged. My two daughters both asked to inherit these dishes, so I added this set to my set of twelve so they can each inherit 8 place settings... You won't find anything near this quality for the price. I highly recommend them.

LOVE this set!! Absolutely perfect in every way!! Mug is a wonderful, substantial size instead of being a smaller one that would spill over (like my current Pflatzgraff ones), the dinner plate is a good size with a nice lip over the side to keep juices in, salad plate is perfect, I found out that the soup bowl is industry standard size...I'm going to use mine for salad instead - it has a great lip around the width and the width measurement is great but not deep enough in my opinion for soup unless you only have a little amount? It's not enough to stop me from trying to complete my service of 8 though!! The weight & heft is fabulous and the color is an absolute vibrant splash of Cobalt Blue that I can't wait to get my cream colored Pflatzgraff out of my kitchen!!! :-)

This set of dinnerware exceeds all my expectations. I have had it about 2 months and use it exclusively. It practically washes itself in the dishwasher and holds warmth well, especially when I pre-warm the plates right on top of the stove on very low, warm heat. The grainy look gives texture to them and allows many different colors to be used to set them off. The cups are huge. Often I have to rewarm my coffee if I am involved in something for long, but it also means soup can be served in them. Buy the littlest flat bread plates to double nicely as saucers. The quality of this product is high and my satisfaction goes along with it.
