Book Description

Emily Brown
Emily Brown, Stanley the bunny and Matilda the elephant are busy going on adventures, but every time they get to a particularly exciting part ...Ring! Ring! goes the Emergency Telephone and it's Matilda's mummy on the end worrying that Matilda isn't wearing her wellies, or eating properly or almost anything. How can Emily Brown persuade her that sometimes adventures are good? This brilliant new title from this award-winning team is a witty and poignant book about the importance of spending quality time with your children and allowing them to explore the world around them.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great series (Emily Brown), December 20, 2011
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
Since my granddaughter enjoys reading the Rabbit book, I ordered and received the Elephant Emergency book. My confirmation from Amazon stated that the book would ship after Christmas, however, I received it during the first week of December. I want to thank The Book Depository for shipping it early.

I will write another review after my granddaughter had a chance to read it.

5.0 out of 5 stars Another great Emily Brown Book! 2 Thumbs Up!, September 12, 2011
As a fan of That Rabbit Belongs to Emily Brown, I was curious to read the other two Emily Brown books. I was able to get a copy of Emily Brown and the Thing from my library. It was okay, not a favorite, I was curious about this book and was able to watch David Tennant reading it on YouTube. This book is excellent. I love it and my 4 year old loves it. I will definitely buy this book and read it again and again. I love the imagination that is in this book and the other one. I think it really encourages children to use their imaginations. I do hope Cressida Cowell continues to write more great books about this character. To view the reading on YouTube check out [...].
