Weyland does not disappoint, July 15, 2000 by Emily The story is of that of Emily and Austin. Austin is the best friend of Emily's brother, and her lifelong crush. Austin leaves on his mission, burdened by his parents' high expectations. Emily goes off to college to become a tv anchorwoman, but suffers a tragic accident. Both characters are delightful and realistic, people you could get to know. The book is, at times, serious and spiritual, but as always, the author makes us all laugh with the humor he throws in. "Emily" is a wonderful lesson about what a servant in Christ really is. So read it! It's Wonderful, June 9, 2000 by a customer This book was so inspiring. Okay, maybe this wasn't as good as "Charlie," but "Emily" is still a delightful book. The story is of that of Emily and Austin. Austin is the best friend of Emily's brother, and her lifelong crush. Austin leaves on his mission, burdened by his parents' high expectations. Emily goes off to college to become a tv anchorwoman, but suffers a tragic accident. Both characters are delightful and realistic, people you could get to know. The book is, at times, serious and spiritual, but as always, the author makes us all laugh with the humor he throws in. This book was so inspiring. i can't stand reading but i couldn't put this book down. it was such a great story. i realy enjoyed reading it and plan to read it much more.

Emily is an inspiring story because it shows how one can overcome the challenges in their life. Bad things do happen to good people. The story shows how we can triumph over the challenges that life throws in our way. Even while in the midst of her own challenges, Emily is still willing to help others.
