My daughter was home schooled this past semester and we enjoyed reading the entire Emily Windsnap series. These books were perfect for my 11 year old daughter.
Like many other families, we cannot afford a family vacation or many outings this summer. My daughter came up with an idea to have a book club! We invited several girls from her class and we will be reading the first book in the series together and using Fin-tastic Friendship to enhance our discussions. The book has so many affordable craft ideas, quizzes, and games about making and keeping friends; an important challenge for girls entering middle school. With this book, I have a fun activity planned for every Friday this summer! |
