5.0 out of 5 stars All Access for sure
This is the first musician DVD that uses a different formula in its presentation. I am used to the same old stage performance and no/or minimal backstage footage. This is the first DVD on a band/musician that I can honestly say I felt apart of the tour. It never slows down, from country to country we see a brief look of its enviroment and people, then we get to meet...

3.0 out of 5 stars Eminem Conquers Europe
If you thought Eminem was only known in the USA, you're really wrong. This is a polemic Eminem/D12/XZibit Tour in Europe. Eminem and his crew go to Hamburg (Germany), Oslo (Norway), Stockholm (Sweden), Amsterdam (Holland), Brussels (Belgium), Paris (France), Manchester and London (United Kingdom).

3.0 out of 5 stars Eminem Conquers Europe, April 12, 2003
This review is from: Eminem: All Access Europe (DVD)
If you thought Eminem was only known in the USA, you're really wrong. This is a polemic Eminem/D12/XZibit Tour in Europe. Eminem and his crew go to Hamburg (Germany), Oslo (Norway), Stockholm (Sweden), Amsterdam (Holland), Brussels (Belgium), Paris (France), Manchester and London (United Kingdom).
Eminem sings The Way I Am with Marilyn Manson in Hamburg, B**** Please II with XZibit and Stan with Dido in London.
The extras are:
- Purple Pills: A live version of this D12 song, you can't find it nowhere else, I think.
- Forgot About Dre: Featuring Dr. Dre.. A song from the 2001 Dr Dre's album... Can't find it anywhere else neither...
Is it cool? Worth? Yes. It's a funny DVD, full of backstage things, in fact, this DVD is more backstage than live performance. So, if you're looking for an Eminem show, buy the Up In Smoke Tour DVD, because this is 80% backstage, 20% live performance. Was it helpful?

This is the first musician DVD that uses a different formula in its presentation. I am used to the same old stage performance and no/or minimal backstage footage. This is the first DVD on a band/musician that I can honestly say I felt apart of the tour. It never slows down, from country to country we see a brief look of its enviroment and people, then we get to meet and hang with Eminem and his posse D12. The DVD's style is MTV driven. With Video footage of his interviews, and What seems like film covering the stage performances and crowds enthusiam for him.( which looks like MTV went along for the ride.) Seeing the footage from plenty of MTV news and interviews.
I must say I think this DVD was necessary for the critics and press to really see who and what Marshall is all about. He is a well spoken individual in each and every interview, something we know nothing about? I for one have never seen an artist look as big as he does in this DVD/documentary. There are scenes where it looks as if he is performing in soccer arena's, some 80,000 fans plus. And to make it all worth having, fan or not...The segment with Eminem and DIDO are priceless. Hearing Dido and Eminem talk about each other and how they met, and then moving directly into the live peice was brilliant. I recommend this highly. As a fan or not you are seeing a new look in behind the scenes and on a tour. The producers of this have set a new bar for what fans really want to see.

5.0 out of 5 stars GREAT and COOL, March 13, 2003

This DVD is real dope, don't believe that ... you just read, you see a lotta performances, muuuuuch backstage material, you see the guys walking through Amsterdam by night. You see them on their whole tour,it's like you are right there. I got a lotta Eminem DVDs and this is one of my favorites, if I watch it,I always watch it 2 times, and I go back to my favorite scenes and watch them over and over again. This DVD is really worth it.
You can see Marshall talking to Hailie on the phone and all that behind the curtains stuff =o)
The sound quality is good and as extras there are 2 performances, one is Forgot about Dre (from Up In Smoke Tour) and the other one is Eminem performing "The Way I am" with Marilyn Manson.
BUY THIS STUFF IT'S REALLY DAMN GREAT.

1.0 out of 5 stars Waste of Time, July 9, 2003

This review is from: Eminem: All Access Europe (DVD)
What a disappointment! This DVD should be entitled 'D-12 All Across Europe.' Seeing behind the scenes was interesting but if I had wanted to see a travelogue of Europe I would have purchased a travel documentary. Don't get me wrong, I'm a huge fan of Em' but what was the purpose of endless scenes of the concert crowds and waving hands? This DVD isn't worth taking the time to watch -- save your money.

This DVD is quite good but i must admit not as good as i thought it would be. It's got hilarious backstage footage and interviews. You get to see how Eminem gets to lives as they travel country to country. The viewers will get to see how marshall is normally, and i think that's really important if you wanna connect with him. Its definately worth the money and i think ALL good eminem fans shoula have a copy...so buy it!!

The DVD is just ok, i wish that there were more live performances. THe Stan performance featuring Dido was a quality performance. A true view of what goes on backstage (or so I think). Im just a little unsure if it was worth my money.

5.0 out of 5 stars Vintage Eminem..., January 8, 2003

(REAL NAME)
This DVD provides an intimate look at the real Eminem. From his back-stage antics to the drug-induced hijinks of his crew, All Access Europe is a must-own for any real Shady fan. His live shows are good, but it's the playful side of Em behind the scenes that makes it worth the cost. Buy it today. You won't regret it.

5.0 out of 5 stars For the hardcore fans, November 10, 2010
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Eminem: All Access Europe (DVD)
This is a tour documentory about Eminem's tour in Europe. There is only five or so full songs, so if your looking for a full concert, go with Live New York or the Anger managment tour. There is alot of Em, D12 and other talking about the tour, and alot of shots of the fans. If you are a hardcore fan of Eminem, you will like this, otherwise, look elsewhere

3.0 out of 5 stars more like D12- ALL ACCESS EUROPE, October 7, 2002
This review is from: Eminem: All Access Europe (DVD)
I'm like the biggest Eminem fan worldwide so when this DVD was advertised on the limited Eminem Show cd/dvd, I knew I had to buy it right away. In my opinion I think this DVD was made to promote Eminem's group D12 because at the beginning you see D12 throughout the entire DVD you see D12 at least 2 minutes apart. And I thought this DVD would be like a concert DVD....nope. They show the concerts at times and sometimes not the entire concert. But don't get me wrong, the DVD does have some high points like the bits of comedy with an uncensored Eminem and D12. The bonus feature is a live concert footage of Dr Dre. I would only recommend this DVD for the Eminem fans and not the die hard Eminem fans.

3.0 out of 5 stars A Fine DVD, September 5, 2002

I'm an EMINEM fan, but I was waiting a little bit more of this DVD... OK, it has such as good backstage scenes, but I wanted live performances, and there are many few of them... Some like 4, 5 songs. It's not bad, definetly, and you should buy it if you are a rap fan, I mean, if you like EMINEM... I just got disappointed because of the few live performances. But these live performances presented at the DVD still rule. You should buy it, anyway...
