I've been using this stuff for about a month. I just started using an epilator and it hurt but the cream made my legs feel much better and smoother and not one ingrown hair in sight. I'm not sure about inhibiting the hair from growing back but it seems much finer. The lotion isn't oily and seems to absorb into your skin quickly. I definitely recommend especially if you are trying epilation for the first time.

I used this as directed after epilating my legs. I have thick, coarse hair that tends to curl and produce ingrown hairs. I noticed that if I used this every day after epilation, the hair was much finer and grew back much MUCH more slowly than usual. I used it in conjunction with TendSkin, so I'm not sure if it does anything for ingrown hairs. It also smells really lovely without being too overpowering. Can be a little greasy on hot, humid days. Wish more came in a bottle!
