I have been hooked on epilators ever since the first Epilady was in production and have never used a razor since. This product surpasses all prior epilators I have purchased with its ease, comfort and virtually painless hair removal. The growth does not return as quickly as when shaving and then it is so light and fine you really cannot see it, much less feel it. The best part is it is cordless and therefore no handling of bulky electrical cords. I would recommend it highly to anyone interested in unbelievably comfortable hair removal.

Like every other woman in the United States I hated having to shave my legs and underarms everyday. I saw this hair remover as a Today's Special Value on QVC and decided that with a money-back guarantee it was worth a try.

The first time I tried it I thought it wasn't working. It wasn't the hair remover's fault. It was mine. I was simply stroking it up my leg much like I had my regular razor. Re-reading the directions I saw that it needed shorter strokes and a bit of a delay to actually pluck the hairs out.

When I was patient, it worked wonderfully. So well, that I decided to try it out on my underarms. Does it work? Yes! Did it hurt? Yes! The first time I used it on my underarms I immediately began packing it back up to return it. It was an exquisitly painful process. You ARE pulling out your underarm hairs by their roots after all. Determined though, I persevered. I actually had blood droplets where some of the hairs had been. Yes, it hurt like the dickens! BUT - my armpits were hair free. I had NO STUBBLE to deal with. As the hairs began to grow back in they were extremely fine. (I had very coarse, black hair previously) I was hair free for weeks! The next time I used it on my underarms it still hurt but not nearly so much. It's gotten better and better each time I use it. I like to think that those hair follicles are just getting tired of trying to grow back.

I have much less hair. My legs have almost NO hair growing in any longer. It's been 2 or 3 years since I first tried the hair remover and I haven't touched a razor since. I bought a spare just in case. I bought one for my teenaged daughter who became a convert and kept stealing mine.

Does it work? Yes - but it takes patience to learn a good technique.
Does it hurt? Yes - but it lessens with each use and before you know it there is no pain (or very minimal).
Would I buy it again - YES!
Would I recommend it for others? Yes, if you're willing to endure some initial pain for weeks and weeks of freedom from a razor.

The worst epilator I have ever had. Really. It just doesn't work at all, maybe it would only on really long and thick hair. On mine it just didn't do anything. Unbelievable, but true. I tried it for 15 minutes and maybe got only couple hair out, I just kept scrubing my leg with it, but not for good at all. I'm really dissapointed and have wasted my money for totally nothing!
