I ordered this in addition to an epilator. I intended to use this for the face, underarms, bikini area and touch ups on my legs...No way! There is no protector of any kind on this..it will grab your skin. I tried touch-ups on my legs and this thing goes so fast and just grabs anything....I did try the face since that is what they say its for...No way! Talk about pain...This is being returned!!

I bought this product for my face and was a bit skeptical, but it works great. It stings a bit, but if you're used to tweezing or waxing, you will hardly feel this.

i use this for my face; it's true, it'll grab your skin, but that's only when you press it against your face completely, which i made the mistake of doing--it's not necessary to do that :) it works great, i use mine every day and it's lasted quite a while now. it's easy to clean--it doesnt' accumulate much either.
