Need to kick your auditioning (and acting in general) into high gear? This book has the solution for invoking your emotions in an easy to use workbook style. The magic of what the author is giving, and some basic roll up your sleeves effort on your part will bring you to the next level of authentic performances "on demand" as the title states. Although there are enough exercises in the book to keep you busy for months, you will probably want to use a pencil just in case.

"Emotion on Demand" would make a wonderful classroom textbook and is a great companion workbook to Mr. Woolson's "The Work of an Actor".

this is such a great tool for any actor who is serious about becoming more vulnerable and deeper in their work. The benefits of doing these exercises are not only in becoming a better actor but can and will free one up from lots of emotional baggage as well.
I am serious, this is an opportunity to give yourself a gift, use the tools and unwrap it.

peace

I bought this workbook to get more emotionally available. I did the exercises daily (you can't do everything all at once) and WOW! I broke open and I was able to get to tears more consistently in scenes where vulnerability was always a challenge for me before. Highly recommend!
