5.0 out of 5 stars Emotional First Aid - Fishbein, December 4, 1999
By A Customer
This review is from: Emotional First Aid (Paperback)
I found the book extremely easy to read and understand. The layout is very logical and the principals I have found to be true. Reading the book and doing what he suggested has dramatically helped me to get out of depression and to feel much less anxiety.

I highly recommend it to you if you suffer from depression or anxiety.

I like how the book is divided in sections by the particular problem/need. That way it can be used as a reference book. Read whichever sections apply to you and refer back to it or other sections as needed. Very practical and helpful.

5.0 out of 5 stars Self help for people facing emotional difficulties., September 12, 2009

This review is from: Emotional First Aid (Paperback)
This is an excellent book that people can use to help deal with and repair their emotions. Emotions are not facts is one of the things that this book states. People need to realize that emotions are reactions to things and how we react can be modified with things in this book. It has tools to help people do this.
