Personal change is not easy, but worth all the effort. Marian Lindner's book is a 365 day journey to becoming an emotionally available partner and finding an emotionally available partner. She writes: don't give up before the miracle. Are you willing to give one year of your life to transform yourself into someone capable of having a life long, true love? If so, this book shows you how. And it is not sugar coated. While constantly showing you how to love yourself, the book works you thorough all the self-doubt, tantrums, rejection, grief, and disappointment that will come up along the journey as well as the celebration and joy. For the cost of about 10 minutes of therapy, this book could change your life.

Great meditation book. This book has helped me to be emotionally avaialable for myself. If you have "The Language of Letting Go" then, this book will be a "must" for you to have.

I have 7 relationship books, and this is the best book.
Whenever I get depressed, I read this book since this book itself can heal my mind!!!!!!
This book fully answers questions that many women ask themselves, and gives simple and effective practices which really work in a few minutes. The ideas in this book are effective not only for a love relationship but also for making my life easier and happier.
Here are some of my most favorite sentences.
Ms. Lindner says, "Today I know that my body is not a vehicle to attract a partner. I love and honor my body."
She also mentions, "Appropriately asking for others to help meet our needs benefits others too. When we ask for help, it gives others the power to help us. People have a lot of offer us; human beings are infinitely rich."
Trust me, this is one of the most fabulous books in the world!!!
