The message of this book is a good one. If products can connect with users at a deeper level than aesthetics, then they will stay out of landfills longer. However, the enjoyment and understanding of this is covered in the long and drawn out writing of its contents. Id recommend avoiding this for another book on the same topic.

Mr. Chapman is unreadable. I'm kind of wondering if he was high on bath salts when he penned this literary abortion. If you were in a bind, the pages would manage as a viable substitute for toilet paper.
