Predictable, dull and unoriginal,

This kind of book demonstrates what is wrong with academic philosophy. Why do publishers bother? If you want to deepen your understanding of the emotions then don't waste your money or time on this book. Save it for something written by Robert Solomon or Martha Nussbaum.
