Pretty Good..., April 13, 2000

This follows not to far from the tracks of previous Norwegian BM. This is fast yet melodic, but does hold a few suprises. There are some interesting interplays between the synth, voice, and guitars, and even more melody than you would expect without crossing into the realm of "melodic" black metal. It is a smooth production (i.e. no crackling from a cheap 4 track!) but the production manages to retain the rawness and brutality that you would expect from a "true" Norwegian band. Definitely worth the money!
