With its custom suite of powerful tools, the Scenario Editor lets you virtually recreate any historical battle, build a totally original campaign, or edit the expertly designed scenarios already included.

This runs great on Win 95 and 98. It may also work okay in XP, but I haven't tried it. If you're a fan of Avalon Hill war games you will like this strategy war game for the PC. Computer Gaming World gave it a "4 out of 5". It includes network play options too.
