This book is great for those just learning about employee development. It is easy to understand and gets to the point. There are many books out there which expand in a greater depth, but this is a great launch pad.

As Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Landrum Professional Employer Services & Landrum Consulting, Ted is responsible for Landrum's strategic planning, benefits administration, risk management, human resources and marketing. He has helped hundreds of organizations pursue strategic planning, institute quality management, hone organizational development, instill leadership training and improve employee engagement.
Ted has held many volunteer leadership roles both community and statewide. He will serve as the District Governor for Rotary District 6940 during the 2013-14 Rotary year.
He has authored or co-authored a number of professional publications and edited and contributed to the eBook Employee Development: Big Company Results on a Small Business Budget; currently listed as a Human Resources and Personnel Management Kindle best seller.
