The author has taken good care of combining the information in relatively small e-book. Most of the material is available on the net but good effort to organize at one place.

This book is great for those just learning about employee development. It is easy to understand and gets to the point. There are many books out there which expand in a greater depth, but this is a great launch pad.

I would recommend this book to those new to their management role.
