This book is an excellent resource for those in charge of forming an Employee Development Program. I found this book easy to follow, with quick tips on how to and why you should implement programs for employee development.

It's not as comprehensive as I imagined it would be, but it's a good starting point.

This book is great for those just learning about employee development. It is easy to understand and gets to the point. There are many books out there which expand in a greater depth, but this is a great launch pad.

I would recommend this book to those new to their management role.
