This review is from: The Employee Rights Handbook: The Essential Guide for People on the Job (Paperback)
This is a descent handbook, but it is a bit dated. The world of employee rights are changing, and not for the better. Be aware of what state you live in as this has a great deal to do as to what rights you actually have. In many states you are considered an "at will" employee which basicly means an employer can fire you for any or no reason. The issues regarding hattassment are fairly clear in terms of race, gender and sexual preferance, but in my experience and through much research if you are a white, male Christian all bets are off.Maybe it is some form of sociatil payback,i don't know, but i beleive all should be treated equal under the blind eye of justice. Yet as as in the story "Animal Farm", some are more equal than others.
